Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer — Wenzhou Leina Valve Co., Ltd. — located in Wenzhou Economic & Technological Development Area,
Zhejiang, China, with our own 3000 m² workshop, more than 50 sets of CNC machines and our own pressure-testing facilities. You are very welcome to
visit us at any time.
Q2. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our MOQ is negotiable and trial orders are very welcome. We would rather start with a small order and grow together with
our customers. Please tell us the valve type, size, material and
quantity you need, and we will confirm the best possible
arrangement.
Q3. Can you produce according to our own drawing or sample?
Yes. OEM and ODM are both available. Send us drawings, samples or detailed specifications and our
engineering team — working with 3D modelling and finite element
analysis — will develop the valve accordingly. Custom nameplate,
logo, packing and even a customer-branded carton are all supported.
Q4. How do you guarantee the quality, and what about the warranty?
Every valve is 100% shell-tested and seat-tested before packing, to MSS SP-110 / EN 12266. The factory is ISO 9001 certified and CE approved; MTC (Mill Test Certificate) and 3.1 material certificates can be issued for each shipment, and
third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is welcome at our works. We
give a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — if a problem occurs, send us
photos or a test report and we will supply replacement parts or a
replacement valve in the next shipment.
Q5. What are the packing, shipping and payment terms?
Standard export packing is inner plastic bag → carton → sea-worthy plywood case; neutral or customer-branded packing on request. We normally ship
from Ningbo or Shanghai port by sea (FCL / LCL) or by air, and by courier for samples.
Payment: T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union; price terms FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW.
